1. Booking: Must be made at least 3 days before the visit and considered valid after 50% down payment.

2. Payment: Full payment upon arrival. Transfer to our official account at BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA under POKDARWIS GALANG KUBU with account number 7298062121

3. Cancellation: Free of charge if cancelled 2 days before. After that, down payment cannot be refunded due to scheduled room booking.

4. Schedule Changes: Rescheduling can be done by adjusting the existing booking schedule.

5. Participant Responsibility: Visitors must comply with submitting copies of ID/KTP/Passport and must maintain the environment and all activity facilities. Children under 12 must remain under parental or guardian supervision.

6. Documentation: Photos/videos of activities involving visitors may be used for our promotional media unless rejected in writing.
