The PELANDUK creative tourism package is a tour activity package where visitors will demonstrate creative attractions by making typical Batu Itam crafts including practicing making ceramics from kaolin material, practicing making miniature wooden boats, making pandan leaf crafts, and practicing making eco-print batik. These four exciting activity menus can be selected to become unique and fun activities depending on your community's preferences. Come try it... it's fun and exciting!!

Activity Timeline for PELANDUK Creative Tourism Package
Welcome
45 Minutes
Welcome to Batu Itam Creative Economy Village, where visitors will be greeted by the Batu Itam tourism team and guides who will accompany during the educational tour activities and treated to the typical PANAH ASMARA welcome drink at the Batu Itam Maritime Gallery, and will be given brief information about the maritime culture of the local community followed by a safety briefing. Continued with creative activities making boats from provided wood materials to create miniature dhow boats that can be taken home. While enjoying coffee break with special snack menu.
BICA Education & Creativity
45 Minutes
Proceed to BICA Education & Creativity spot - to learn about BICA ceramic products and demonstrate creativity in making BICA products or demonstrate creativity in coloring BICA products. It should be noted that BICA is the only creative kaolin-based ceramic industry inspired by the BMKT Dhow-type ship that sank in Batu Itam in the 9th century.
Eco-Print Batik
45 Minutes
Proceed to Sepiak batik gallery to learn about the eco-print batik making process and can directly practice making eco-print with products that can be taken home.
Mangrove Visit

Mangrove visit - Enjoy the pristine mangrove coastal forest and get to know the marine biodiversity of Batu Itam village at Batu Pengasah.
